The President has signed the Federal Law On Amendments to Several Acts of Russian Legislation.
The Federal Law is aimed, in particular, at improving Russian law concerning arms trade, including arms of cultural value. The law also specifies the authority of the Russian National Guard and the Ministry of the Interior in certain issues regarding arms trade and private investigation activity. The amendments also concern the social security of Russian National Guard officers and their families.
