Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On Improving the Material Position of Certain Categories of Veterans of the 1941–1945 Great Patriotic War, Living in the State of Israel.
Paying homage to the veterans of the 1941–1945 Great Patriotic War, the President ordered that, starting from January 1, 2018, life-long material support be provided to certain categories of veterans – citizens of the State of Israel, living on its territory, who were previously Soviet or Russian citizens and lived on the territory of the RSFSR or the Russian Federation.
