In connection with the 75^th anniversary of Victory in the 1941–1945 Great Patriotic War, the President signed an executive order to effect in 2020 a one-time payment in the amount of 75,000 rubles to the citizens of the Russian Federation permanently residing in Russia, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania and the Republic of Estonia, who are disabled veterans of the Great Patriotic War and participants in the Great Patriotic War from among the military personnel, the rank-and-file and commanding staff of the internal affairs and state security bodies who took part in military operations to eradicate the nationalist underground groups in Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia from January 1, 1944, to December 31, 1951, with the exception of individuals to whom a one-time payment has been made in accordance with the Executive Order of the President of the Russian Federation dated February 7, 2020 No. 100 On a One-time Payment to Certain Groups of Citizens of the Russian Federation in Connection with the 75^th Anniversary of Victory in the 1941–1945 Great Patriotic War.

The Government was instructed to cover the expenses related to implementing this Executive Order, including the expenses involved in delivering the one-time payment, and to determine the procedure and terms and conditions for making this payment.
