Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On Awarding the City of Labour Valour Honorary Title of the Russian Federation.
Under the Executive Order, the City of Labour Valour honorary title of the Russian Federation has been conferred on Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Zelenodolsk, Ishimbai, Kurgan, Leninsk-Kuznetsky, Miass and Salekhard for the considerable contribution of their residents to the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945, the uninterrupted production of military and civilian products at industrial enterprises and the display of large-scale labour heroism and selflessness.
