The President signed the Federal Law On Introducing Amendments to the Federal Law on the Procedure for Foreign Investment in Economic Entities that are of Strategic Significance for Ensuring National Defence and Security.
The Federal Law expands the range of individuals covered by the provisions of the Federal Law On the Procedure for Foreign Investment in Economic Entities that are of Strategic Significance for Ensuring National Defence and Security.
This Federal Law is to apply to both harvesting marine bio resources, and the acceptance, processing, transshipment, transportation, storage and unloading of marine bio resources, as well as to fish processing.
