The President approved a list of instructions following a meeting with the Government on March 10, 2022.
The Government of the Russian Federation was instructed to take measures to improve budget stability in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and to make provisions for rendering them required financial support from the federal budget based on the assessment of the real need of budget allocations.
Instructions also refer to refunding 50 percent of the costs to citizens who purchase package tours for children’s stay at health and recreation facilities starting April 1; finishing on schedule the construction of real estate built with the funds of citizens–construction co-investors; ensuring the nominal growth of the mortgage loan portfolio in 2022 no lower than in 2021.
