Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Protocol Amending the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Status of the City of Baikonur and the Procedures for Formation and Status of its Executive Bodies of December 23, 1995.
The Protocol was signed in Moscow on April 12, 2016.
It sets out procedures for applying indirect taxes when selling and bringing in goods, carrying out works and providing services on the territory of the city of Baikonur.
