The President signed Federal Law On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation and Declaring Article 30.8 of the Federal Law On Accreditation in the National Accreditation System No Longer in Force.
The Federal Law sets forth the specifics of assessing the compliance of various-application space technology, including spacecraft and space infrastructure components, used for dual, research and socioeconomic purposes, as well as processes linked with the development, creation, use and operation of the said space technology, works (services) in the field of space activity.
The Federal Law also specifies certain provisions of the Federal Law On Protection and Encouragement of Investment in the Russian Federation.
