Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the United Arab Emirates on Cooperation in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space for Peaceful Purposes.
The Agreement was signed in Dubai on October 26, 2021.
The Agreement establishes the legal and organisational basis for drafting and developing cooperation programmes between the Russian Federation and the United Arab Emirates in the exploration and use of outer space and the practical use of space equipment and space technology for peaceful purposes.
