Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law on Ratifying the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the People’s Republic of China on Cooperation in Establishing the International Lunar Research Station.
The Agreement was signed in Moscow and Beijing on November 25, 2022.
The agreement aims to create an organisational and legal framework for mutually beneficial cooperation between the parties in specific fields pertaining to the creation of the International Lunar Research Station.
The Roscosmos State Corporation for Space Activities and the China National Space Administration are designated as the organisations responsible for facilitating cooperation under the Agreement.
