Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On the Ratification of the Agreement on Joint Control Measures for Compliance with the Procedure for Crediting and Distributing Import Customs Duties (or Other Duties, Taxes and Fees with Equivalent Effect), and Their Transfer to the Budgets of the Eurasian Economic Union Member States.
The Agreement was signed in Moscow on November 16, 2021.
The agreement is meant to implement Paragraph 53 of the Protocol on the Procedure for Deposition and Distribution of Import Customs Duties (other duties, taxes and fees having equivalent effect) to the EAEU member-states budgets.
