Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On the Ratification of the Agreement on a Harmonised System for Determining the Origin of Goods Exported from the Customs Territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The agreement was signed in Moscow on December 4, 2023.
The agreement envisages that the harmonised system for determining the origin of goods exported from the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union is applied in order to ensure uniformity of approaches to determining, certifying and confirming the origin of goods when they are exported from the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.
