Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement on Unified Vehicle Registration Certificates (Chassis Certificates) and the Certificates of Self-Propelled and Other Vehicles and on the System of Electronic Certification.
The Agreement was signed in Moscow on August 15, 2014.
The Agreement aims to provide a unified approach to monitoring compliance of the structural design and maintenance standards of vehicles operating in the Customs Union with technical regulations.
