Guided by paragraph 2 of Presidential Executive Order No 520 (August 5, 2022) On Applying Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel and Energy Spheres in Connection with Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations, the President signed an order to endorse a list of economic entities manufacturing, servicing and repairing equipment for the fuel and energy sector, economic entities generating and supplying heat and/or electricity, as well as economic entities refining oil and petroleum feedstock and manufacturing their derivatives.
