The President signed the Order On Special Decision Regarding Making Transactions by Metran Holding Limited Liability Company.
In accordance with Clause 5 of the Presidential Executive Order No. 520, dated August 5, 2022, On Applying Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel and Energy Spheres in Connection with Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations, the President issued an order allowing the Metran Holding LLC to make transactions to purchase 178 ordinary shares in the Metran Industrial Group JSC from Tranmet Holdings B.V. and one ordinary share of the above-mentioned joint-stock company from TRANMET HOLDINGS LIMITED, as well as 100 percent of shares in the authorised capital of Emerson LLC from Emerson Electric Nederland B.V.
