Vladimir Putin signed an Order On a Special Decision on a Transaction with Shares in Grooks Global Limited.
Pursuant to paragraph 5 of the Presidential Executive Order No. 520 On the Application of Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel and Energy Sectors in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Some Foreign States and International Organisations, dated August 5, 2022, the President has authorised a transaction that leads directly or otherwise to the establishment, change, cessation of or encumbrance on the rights of ownership, use and (or) disposal of 486 ordinary shares in Grooks Global Limited that belong to Angophora Holdings Limited.
