The President signed Order On a Special Decision Concerning Transactions by PSK – New Solutions LLC.
Under the Order, in accordance with para. 5 of Presidential Executive Order No. 520 of August 5, 2022, On Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel-and-Energy Sectors in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations, the company PSK – New Solutions shall be allowed to purchase 100 percent stake in equity capitals of the Caterpillar Tosno and Caterpillar Financial limited liability companies.
To perform the transactions specified in this Order, there is no need to receive any other permit, decision, consent (preliminary consent), approval (preliminary approval) or any other authorisation documents as envisaged by the laws of the Russian Federation.
