The President signed the Directive On a Special Decision with regard to Transactions with Shares of the Authorised Capital of FINNDISP Limited Liability Company.
According to this Presidential Directive and under Clause 5 of the Executive Order of the President of the Russian Federation No. 520 of August 5, 2022, On Using Special Financial and Fuel-and-Energy Measures in Connection with Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations, it is authorised to effect transactions related to the purchase of 100 percent of the shares of the capital of FINNDISP LLP currently owned by Dow Europe Holding B.V.
