The President signed an Order On a Special Decision on Execution of a Transaction by Expobank Joint-Stock Company.
In accordance with para 5 of Presidential Executive Order No. 520 of August 5, 2022, On Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel and Energy Spheres in Connection with Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations, the President ordered to authorise execution by Expobank Joint-Stock Company of a transaction to acquire 100 percent of shares in the authorised capital of HSBC Bank (RR) (LLC), owned by HSBC Europe B.V.
