The President signed Order On a Special Decision Concerning a Transaction by the Joint-Stock Company Zavenyagin Norilsk Nickel Mining and Metallurgical Combine.
In accordance with para 5 of Presidential Executive Order No. 520 of August 5, 2022, On Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel-and-Energy Sectors in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations, and in conformity with the afore-mentioned Order, the joint stock company Zavenyagin Norilsk Nickel Mining and Metallurgical Combine has been allowed to purchase 100 percent of shares in the Poligon-Technogen joint-stock company, which belong to the NORILSK NICKEL INTERNATIONAL (CYPRUS) LIMITED.
