Vladimir Putin signed the Directive On a Special Decision on Transactions by Investment Industrial Partner Limited Liability Company.
In accordance with Article 5 of the Presidential Executive Order No. 520 dated August 5, 2022, On Special Economic Measures in the Financial, and Fuel and Energy Sectors in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations, a permission is granted to the Investment Industrial Partner LLC to effect transactions to acquire 70 percent of the shares in the charter capital of GEO SAKHA LLC owned by Investment Partner AG, and 30 percent of the shares in the charter capital of the aforementioned company owned by MADIDASACAPITAL LIMITED.
