The President of Russia signed Order on a special decision allowing American Express Bank LLC to initiate voluntary liquidation.
By his Order, the President permitted American Express Bank LLC to initiate voluntary liquidation in line with the procedure envisaged by Russian Federation laws in accordance with para. 5 of Presidential Executive Order No. 520 of August 5, 2022, On Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel-and-Energy Sectors in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations.
