Vladimir Putin signed executive order On Amending the List of Movable and Immovable Property, Securities, and Shares in the Authorised (share) Capital of Russian Legal Entities and Ownership Rights, for which Temporary Administration is Introduced, approved by Executive Order No. 302 of the President of the Russian Federation of April 25, 2023.
According to the document, the assets owned by Silgan Metal Packaging Stupino, owned by Silgan Holdings Austria GmbH and Silgan Metal Packaging Enem, owned by Silgan Metal Packaging Mitterdorf GmbH, were transferred to the temporary administration of the Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimushchestvo) of the Russian Federation.
