Vladimir Putin signed the Executive Order On Revising the List of Movable and Immovable Property, Securities, Shares in the Authorised (Share) Capitals of Russian Legal Entities and Property Rights to be Transferred under Temporary Management. The list was approved by the Presidential Executive Order No. 302 of April 25, 2023.
The revision in question concerns transferring 100 percent of the shares of the Nizhny Novgorod Chemical Pharmaceutical Plant owned by Nidda Lynx S.a.r.l. under temporary management by Farmirus LLC.
