Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement on Application of Special Protective, Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Measures Against Third Countries of January 25, 2008.
The Protocol was signed in St Petersburg on October 18, 2011.
The Protocol was developed to implement the decisions of the Customs Union Commission and is aimed at ensuring the effective functioning of the Customs Union as part of the Eurasian Economic Community.
