Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement on Cooperation of Collective Security Treaty Organisation Member States in the Development, Production, Operation, Repair, Modernisation, Service Life Extension and Utilisation of Military Products.
The Agreement was signed in Moscow on December 10, 2010.
In accordance with the Agreement, the delivery of military products will be carried out under agreements (contracts) on the basis of approved bilateral registers of customers and suppliers of military products from among participants in military and economic cooperation, as well as the range and quantity of products supplied.
On the basis of the Agreement, the movement of military products across the customs border of the Parties will be conducted in accordance with each Party’s national legislation.
