Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement on Rules for Determining the Country of Origin of Goods in the Commonwealth of Independent States.
The Agreement was signed at the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States in Yalta (Ukraine) on November 20, 2009.
The agreement’s ratification will facilitate the free trade zone’s effective functioning, help shape conditions for free movement of goods, and establish a common set of rules for determining goods’ country of origin.
