The Presidential Press and Information Office's Department of Accreditation and Briefings is now taking accreditation requests to cover Dmitry Medvedev’s participation in the summit meetings of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, The Eurasian Economic Community’s Interstate Council, the Collective Security Treaty Organisation’s Collective Security Council, and the informal meeting of the heads of state of the Commonwealth of Independent States, scheduled for December 19–20, 2011, in Moscow.
Requests should be submitted using the media outlet’s official form and must include the following:
– Last name, first name and patronymic;
– Job title;
– Passport series and number;
– Date of birth (day, month, year);
– Place of birth;
– Russian Foreign Ministry accreditation number and validity (for foreign journalists);
– Expiry date of passport (for foreign citizens);
– Contact telephone numbers.
INCOMPLETE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE EXAMINED!
