Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement on Cooperation between Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States on the Use of Interstate Transmission Lines of National Power Grids.
The agreement was signed in Yalta on November 20, 2009.
The agreement is aimed at defining the conditions and legal support for reliable and efficient operation of interstate electricity transmission lines owned by the states parties to the agreement.
