Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement on Rules for Determining the Country of Origin of Goods in the Commonwealth of Independent States of November 20, 2009.
The Protocol was signed in St Petersburg on October 18, 2011.
The Protocol amends the List of Conditions and the Manufacturing and Technological Operations that must take place in a given country in order for it to be considered a product’s country of origin.
