Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On Ratifying the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement on Rules for Defining the Country of Origin of Goods in the Commonwealth of Independent States of November 20, 2009.
The Protocol was signed in St Petersburg on November 20, 2013.
The Protocol provides for a transition to electronic declaration when importing and exporting goods, without having to provide the same documents in paper version to the customs authorities.
