Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratifying the Agreement on Cooperation in Organising an Integrated Currency Market between Commonwealth of Independent States Member States.
The Agreement on cooperation in organising an integrated currency market between CIS member states was signed in Ashgabat on December 5, 2012.
The agreement is intended to create conditions for an equitable and mutually beneficial market for the Parties’ resident banks in conducting conversion operations with foreign currencies within the integrated currency market of the CIS member states.
