Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Governments of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Member States on Creation of Favourable Conditions for International Road Transport.
The Agreement was signed on September 12, 2014.
It gives shippers (individuals and legal entities registered on the territory of one of the parties and authorised under legislation of that country to engage in the activity of international road transport) the right to engage in the activity of international road transport on the territory of all Shanghai Cooperation Organisation member states using vehicles registered on the territory of one of these states.
