Dmitry Medvedev signed Executive Order awarding the Order for Services to the Fatherland, IV degree to Vitaly Churkin, Russia’s ambassador to the United Nations.
Mr Churkin was awarded the decoration for his great contribution to protecting and promoting Russia’s interests on the international stage.
