Once again, please accept my congratulations on the upcoming Defender of the Fatherland Day.
Today is an important day in the life of your missile regiment, and generally for the processes that are taking place in the Strategic Missile Forces. We have adopted a number of important decisions to re-equip the Strategic Missile Forces. All these decisions are backed by funding and will be executed by the set deadlines.
The process of re-equipping Strategic Missile Forces’ units and formations with new technology will continue until such a time when we resolve that everything possible has been done to ensure the optimal level of our country’s defence and security in the areas for which the Strategic Missile Forces are responsible.
Once again I sincerely congratulate the recipients of state decorations. Please convey my best wishes to your loved ones. I wish you all the best and congratulations on the upcoming holiday.
