On February 22, Vladimir Putin will present state decorations to outstanding workers in science, culture and art, military servicemen, athletes, religious leaders, teachers and representatives of other professions. More than 50 individuals will receive orders, medals and honorary titles in the Kremlin’s Catherine Hall.
During the ceremony, which will take place on the eve of the Defender of the Fatherland Day, President Putin will present the certificate conferring the honorary title of City of Military Glory on Khabarovsk.
Khabarovsk is the fortieth Russian city to receive this title.
