Vladimir Putin signed an Executive Order awarding the Order of Courage (posthumously) to Anatoly Klyan, cameraman with Channel One in Moscow, for the bravery and heroism he showed in the performance of his professional duties.
Mr Klyan died at the age of 68 of a gunshot wound received on June 30 in Donetsk.
