The President will present state decorations and honorary titles to 42 Russian and foreign citizens at a ceremony at the Kremlin’s St Catherine Hall on March 10.
Among the recipients are Russian scientists in different fields, including the rocket and space sector, prominent public and religious figures, people working in different trades, in the arts, teachers and journalists.
The recipients include the Orenburg Airlines captain and co-pilot, whose actions avoided a plane crash in the Dominican Republic, and the Moscow police officer and a Kyrgyzstani citizen, who saved a woman in the Moscow metro.
Other recipients include citizens of Azerbaijan, Armenia, and the Czech Republic.
