The President signed Executive Order On Conferring the title of the Hero of Labour of the Russian Federation.
In accordance with the Executive Order, the title of Hero of Labour of the Russian Federation was conferred on Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergei Lavrov for special services in labour to the state and its people.
