On April 26, Vladimir Putin will meet with Russian athletes – winners and medallists of the XXIV Olympic Winter Games in Beijing and members of the Russian Paralympic team in the Kremlin. The President will present state decorations to gold medallists.
That same day, the President will hold, via videoconference, a regular meeting of the Presidential Council for the Development of Physical Culture and Sport. The participants will discuss proposals to make mass sport more affordable, as well as support for Russian manufacturers of sports goods.
