The President signed the Executive Order On Awarding the Order of Courage to Darya Dugina.
Under the Executive Order, Darya Dugina was awarded the Order of Courage posthumously for courage and dedication while performing her professional duty. Ms Dugina was a correspondent for the non-public Tsargrad media outlet in Moscow.
