The Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces visited the headquarters of the Southern Military District.
The President presented the battle colours to the First Donetsk and Second Guards Lugansk-Severodonetsk Army Corps, the Donetsk Higher Combined Arms Command School, and also presented military orders and medals to the military personnel who showed exceptional courage and heroism in carrying out combat missions during the special military operation.
In addition, Vladimir Putin talked to the personnel and wished them a happy New Year.
