The President signed Executive Order On Awarding an Honorary Designation to the 59th Sivash Red Banner Communications Brigade.
For mass heroism and courage, fortitude and bravery shown by the brigade’s personnel in combat operations to protect the Fatherland and state interests in armed conflicts, the President resolved to award the honorary Guards designation to the 59th Sivash Red Banner Communications Brigade.
From now on, it will be referred to as the 59th Guards Sivash Red Banner Communications Brigade.
