The President signed Executive Order On Awarding the Honorary Title City of Labour Valour.
The honorary title of the Russian Federation, City of Labour Valour, shall be awarded to the cities of Vladimir, Votkinsk, Nakhodka, Novomoskovsk, Podolsk, Prokopyevsk, Rubtsovsk, Ryazan, Ulan-Ude and Khanty-Mansiysk for the considerable contribution of their residents to Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945, ensuring the uninterrupted production of military and civilian products at industrial enterprises and displaying large-scale labour heroism and selflessness.
