Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On Awarding the 2023 Presidential Award for Contribution to Strengthening Unity of the Russian Nation.
The prize has been awarded to Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia, Head of the World Russian People’s Council international public organisation (Vladimir Gundyayev). The Executive Order also awards him the honorary title of the recipient of the Presidential Prize for Contribution to Strengthening the Unity of the Russian Nation.
