Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order on the first session of the seventh State Duma.
In accordance with part 2 of Article 99 of the Russian Federation Constitution, the President ordered that the first session of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the seventh convocation be convened at 12 pm on October 5, 2016.
