On December 8, Vladimir Putin will speak at the plenary meeting of the 18th United Russia party congress, taking place at the Crocus Expo Centre in Moscow on December 7–8.
The party leadership will identify the priorities of the political party United Russia for the immediate future and will adopt decisions to introduce amendments and additions to the party’s charter and to elect new members to its central bodies, including the Supreme Council and the General Council Presidium.
