Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to Part One of the Russian Federation Civil Code and Federal Law On Non-Business Entities.
The amendments introduced by the Federal Law aim to guarantee people’s professional interests and make it possible for not only business and non-business organisations to form associations or unions, but also for individuals to do so, and for legal entities and physical individuals jointly.
The Federal Law will give people broader possibilities to enjoy their constitutional right to form associations.
