Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order to pardon Gennady Afanasyev, who was convicted by the Moscow City Court on December 17, 2014, and to release him from having to serve the remainder of his sentence in prison.
By another Executive Order, the President pardoned Yury Soloshenko, who was convicted on October 14, 2015 by the Moscow City Court, releasing from him having to serve the remainder of his sentence in prison.
Both executive orders come into effect upon their signing.
