The meeting participants plan to discuss cases of rights violations of Russian citizens abroad and ways to intensify the efforts of both the state and society to eradicate unreasonable violence in detention facilities.

The participants will also review the results of the implementation of the State Policy Concept on perpetuation of the memory of victims of political repression and the development of a national action plan for human rights.
